Veel goede resultaten voor VDL gerelateerde paarden in Wellington afgelopen week. Daniel Coyle pakte de 3e plaats in de 5* 1.50m rubriek met de fantastisch presterende Farrel VDL (Cardento x Stakkato), die is verkocht tijdens de WEF Sport Horse Auction in 2017 en gefokt door de VDL Stud.
In de 1.60m 5* Grand Prix pakte ruiter Eduardo Menezes, met de Zirocco Blue VDL nakomeling, Magnolia Mystic Rose een fantastische 5e plaats.
Ook opvallend was de 7-jarigen 1.30m rubriek waarbij vijf WEF Sport Horse Auction verkochte paarden zich bij de beste 10 wisten te plaatsen:
