The GMB Competition for young jumpers took place this winter season for the fourth time. This is a competition for young horses in the age of 4, 5 and 6 years old jumpers from every studbook. This weekend the finals took place in Bathmen.

Sans Souci S.A. (s. Cardento) became the winner of the competition for 5 year old jumpers. Sans Souci S.A. was bred by M. Michel from Sure and was ridden by Stefan Adamowicz.

Several offspring of VDL Stallions were also placed in this competition.
Finals 4-years old horses:

• Place as 2nd: Smokey Eyes (s. Carolus II), bred by H. Boeve from Lemelerveld and ridden by gereden door Nanique Willemsen
• Place as 10th: Christina (s. Corland), bred by J. Hamstra – Boksma from Drogeham and ridden by Carolien Teggelaar.

Finals 5-years old horses:

• Place as 4th: Beaumont (s. Vermont), bred by P. de Rooij from Diessen and ridden by Monique Veldhuis
• Place as 8th: Boeve’s Boulogne (s. Carolus II), bred by P. Huismann from Zwolle and ridden by Ellen Zwijnenberg
• Place as 10th: Bologna (s. Emilion), bred by R.F.G. Zwartjens uit Steggerda and ridden by Wendy Veldman

Finals 6-years old horses:

• Place as 8th: Ardenta (s. Cardento), bred by G.M. van den Mersbergen from Tilburg and ridden by Dominique Roelofsen.
