It was a great evening yesterday at the Brabanthallen in  s 'Hertogenbosch. After the good results in the stallion competition there were also great performances in the VHO trophy and in the 1.50m class.

The VHO trophy was won in a fabulous way by Zapatero VDL and his new rider Jessica Kurten. In a very fast time they stayed clear in the jump-off and demanded the victory. Arezzo VDL, also ridden by  Jessica Kurten, jumped great and was qualified for the jump-off. Unfortunately they had the first fence down but  with a very fast time they finished 4th.

The VHO trophy was for the 3rd time in a row won by a stallion of the VDL VDL Stud. In 2011 the trophy was won by Harley VDL and  Jessica Kurten and last year the winners were Zirocco Blue VDL and  Jur Vrieling.

Zirocco Blue VDL and Zavall VDL both competed in the 1.50m class yesterday evening with their rider Jur Vrieling. Both stallions jumped great and qualified easily for the jump-off.
Zirocco Blue VDL  showed his unlimited scope, easily he jumped clear in the jump-off and finished in 3rd place.  Zavall VDL jumped in the jump-off with a great technique and good reflexes, with a clear round he finished 5th.
