Hello Sanctos (Quasimodo vd Molendreef x Nabab de Reve) and Scott Brash won the 5* Grand Prix of Doha in Qatar and with that they became the overall winner of the Global Champions Tour.

In Qatar there was also a 2* jumping. Vivaldi K (Indoctro x Nimmerdor) placed 8th in the Grand Prix with his Salman Al Emadi, they also placed 3rd in a 1.40m class.

In Rio de Janeiro a World Cup qualifier was ridden and Willem (Indoctro x Voltaire) and Mario Francisco Cia placed 10th.
Zanea (Marlon x Nimmerdor), ridden by Denis Gouvea, placed 8th in a 1.35m class against the clock.
