Flair, bred by A.H.J.M. Kerstens from Etten-Leur, won the Isah Cup in Ermelo under Ruben Romp at the age of six and was also successful in the International Youngster Tour.
As a three-year-old, the Zirocco Blue x Indoctro mare was already convincing in the free jumping at the mare inspection, where she received no less than 90 points for her power. Flair, who is only nine years old, finished second in the 1.50m jump-off of the CSI4 * Hubside Spring Tour of St. Tropez, with number 1. of the world ranking, the Swiss rider Steve Guerdat.
