Harley’s influence was once again evident on the international stage last weekend. In the $65,000 IDA Development Grand Prix CSI2* at the World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, Narcotique V/H Dingenshof, a daughter of Harley, impressively retained her title.
Under Irish rider Simon McCarthy, the twelve-year-old Belgian mare jumped convincingly to victory. After a clear first round, the pair qualified for the jump-off, where they set the tone straight away as the first starters. With a lightning-fast clear round in 35.98 seconds, their time proved unbeatable for the competition.
The victory also marked a successful title defence in the prestigious CSI2* Grand Prix. With this, the Harley daughter once again added a notable international Grand Prix victory to her list of achievements.
With this performance, Harley once again underlines his value as a sire of horses that excel at the highest international level. His progeny continue to perform successfully worldwide in the most important classes of show jumping.
