Icoon VDL and Hessel Hoekstra achieved a fantastic result with the victory of the Grand Prix of Eindhoven. Icoon VDL and Hessel were the only participants to jump a clear round in both the basic course and the jump-off and took the win. Icoon VDL is an own breeding product with Bubalu VDL as sire and B-Dame VDL (s. Cardento) as dam.
Hessel Hoekstra also won a 1.40m class in Eindhoven with Helsinki, a son of Zirocco Blue out of the Indoctro-mare Bella Opera VDL.. Bas Moerings placed 2nd in this class with the Cardento-son Jesther.
