The three-year-old Hanoverian champion mare Zafira PJ van Pferdezucht Jacobs became the overall champion of free jumping in Verden. The daughter of Zirocco Blue received 27.8 points from the jury.
The three-year-old show jumpers were judged in three groups by the German show rider Philipp Weishaupt. The Zirocco Blue daughter also beat the four-year-old winner Talea (by Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve).
The jury was of the opinion that it was "a very beautiful chestnut mare, that has that special, that needs a sport horse. She impresses with her feather-lighted jumping ability." The performance was rewarded with figures of 9 and higher, with a highest score of 9.5 for jumping manners.
